Adding and Managing Action Items

Action Items:

Create Action Items from suggested Insights content anywhere you see the button:  “Add as Action Item”.insights-reminderadd-as-action-item

Ad Hoc Items:

You can also create your own ad hoc items, using the ‘Add Item’ button on the splash or home page, at the top of your Action Plan.

You can always edit, amend or Update Status of any existing Action Item, by clicking on that item. ‘Updates’ (Needs Work, Making Progress, Doing Well) and the comments are auto-time-stamped to speed your development, and accountability.  Update your Action Items regularly (weekly or monthly) and make your progress trends a subject of conversation with your Coach, mentor, accountability partner, or manager.
